We're Coming to Train You!
The focus of this training seminar is to help customers take your investment to the next level with a focus on some of the basics in the morning, and digging deep into reports in the afternoon. We will share tips and tricks in using the software in the morning, then dig deep with how to leverage the report functions of the system to get data out of your system to ultimately make better business decisions. As always, we will leave plenty of time for Q&A, and will have time to address your specific questions at the end of the day.

In addition to the training elements of the day, you’ll also make industry connections with other users of Maintenance Connection which can be useful as you learn how to better implement the software.

Who Should Attend?
This training seminar is different from our previous seminars. Rather than flying into a location for a large national training, we're coming to a local city to hold one-day seminars. The focus will be geared toward the day-to-day Maintenance Connection user who can't justify more than a day away from the office. We encourage site-level administrators, managers, supervisors and even technicians to join us as we help raise the bar on how you use Maintenance Connection.

One-Day Training Seminar

Morning Session
Navigation Tips, Asset Management and Workflow
We will spend time reviewing tips and tricks related to navigating the system as well as techniques to better utilize the asset hierarchy of Maintenance Connection. There will be considerable time spent discussing the flow of work orders, scheduling PMs, automating emails, and scheduling tools.

Afternoon Session
Reports, Reports, Reports
Our desire is to see every customer see the value of the CMMS by leveraging the extensive capabilities of the reporting tool within Maintenance Connection. We will walk through a step-by-step approach of how to use the standard reports, as well as a deep dive into some of the more robust reporting features of Maintenance Connection. You don’t want to miss this session – it will challenge you, and really open the doors to all you can do with your installation of Maintenance Connection.

Q&A - Ask the Experts
As always, we will have time available at the end of the formal training for Q&A to address any desired topics.

Training Facilities

We have partnered with a state-of-the-art organization which will provide a PC for each trainee along with catered lunch and snacks throughout the day. Each of the training sites is a professional facility with all of the expected amenities, so you should only need to bring yourself and be ready to learn.
